Wine Club Policy

Terms and Conditions

You must be 21 years or older to join our wine club or to purchase wine with us.

There is no fee to join the Eagles Nest Reserve wine club and you may sign up anytime online, via phone, or by visiting the tasting room. As a member, you agree to all terms and conditions of membership.

Wine club releases occur in Spring and Fall.

Wines included in shipments are subject to change due to availability.

Pricing subject to change annually. You will receive notification via email prior to any such changes.

The semi-annual membership fee will process 14 days before the shipment date for each release, unless otherwise communicated via email. Exact dates are subject to change according to internal delays or weather conditions which will be communicated via email on file. Shipping will be charged for Four and Six Bottle Memberships.

Eagles Nest Reserve requests a one (1) year (two releases) minimum commitment to the Wine Club to get the most out of your subscription.

if you utilize membership benefits and cancel membership before your first shipment, the total value of benefits received since signing up will be totaled and charged to your credit card on file.

Membership is on-going and may be canceled after receiving your full year of shipments. If you intend to cancel your membership after the full year, we must receive notice of cancellation at least 30 days prior to the next shipment date.

If canceling membership prior to receiving your full year of shipments, a $50 cancellation fee will be charged to the credit card associated with your Wine Club account.

Cancellations of shipments or memberships cannot be honored during the wine club processing period.

Shipments are shipped via UPS. Please see our shipping policy for more details.

An adult signature is required upon delivery of all wine shipments. We recommend shipping to a business address if no one 21 years or older will be home to sign for the package during the day.

Members are responsible for any state taxes that may apply to the purchase and/or shipment of any wines.

Four and Six Bottle Members are responsible for all shipping charges, unless “pickup” option is selected. All Members, including Twelve Bottle, are responsible for shipping charges incurred due to misdirected and/or returned shipments.

Please note it is the wine club members’ obligation to notify Eagles Nest Reserve of any account changes (billing/shipping address, phone, email, or payment information) prior to the shipping or pick-up of the wine club shipment.

In order to ensure that our wine club members always receive first access to our wines and receive the best pricing possible, we are unable to extend member benefits or member pricing to non-members.

 

Pick-Up Policy

 

Pickup option is available at free club release events. Event dates will be communicated via email on file. If unable to pick up club release on the event date, it is the customer’s responsibility to coordinate an alternate pickup time with Eagles Nest Reserve. For members who opt to pick up their club allocations, we ask that you please pick up your wine within three (3) months of its release. Eagles Nest Reserve is unable to hold your wine allocations past this time. If after three (3) months, you have not picked up your wine or made other arrangements with us to receive your wine, we will consider your wine abandoned and it will be returned to inventory. We are unable to process any returns/exchanges after 90 days. Please contact us at 425-213-2787 if you need to make other arrangements.

Frequently Asked Questions

When will I be billed for my wine club allotment?

A: You will see charges for your wine club allotment process two weeks prior to the listed release date.

How can I update my information on file (Credit Card/ Shipping Address/ Billing Address?)

A: You can update your billing and shipping addresses and credit card information by visiting your Vinoshipper account. Login using the email address associated with your membership. Please email us at [email protected] with any questions about updating your information.

How much will my membership cost?

A: Our membership itself has no fee, we only charge you for the semi-annual bottles of wine in each release plus shipping and applicable sales tax if you decide not to opt for pickup. Each allotment of wine will be slightly different depending on which bottles are chosen for the release, but will never exceed the price range listed for each membership.

When can I pick up my wine?

A: You can pick-up your club wines any time after billing has occurred. You can either pick up your allocation at our free Club Release Pickup Event, or arrange a different time via email to [email protected]. You will have up to 90 days after the release date to pick up your wines.

I’m not able it to the winery to pick  up my wine for a few months, will you store it for me?

A: We store wine club allotments for a maximum of 3 months for our club members. In the event you are unable to pick up your wine within this time-frame, please call us to make special arrangements or to have your wine shipped.

Can I select my wines?

A: Our wine club allotments for Four and Six bottle members are specially chosen by our winemaker for reach release. However, all members may choose between reds only, whites/rosé, or a mix of both. Only Twelve bottle members are able to fully customize their allotments.

Will I get my member discount online?

A: Yes! Our website will automatically recognize you as a member and allow you to purchase member exclusive bottles and receive your member discount. You will need to use the primary email address associated with your membership to login.

Can I add additional people to my membership?

A: We allow up to two primary members to be listed under each membership as long as they share the same household.

Can my friends and family receive my membership benefits and complimentary tastings in the tasting room?

A: The primary member needs to be present at the tasting room in order for membership benefits to be redeemed.

My circumstances have changed, can I cancel my membership?

A: As long as the minimum member commitment has been met (1 year OR 2 wine releases), we are happy to cancel your membership. Please keep in mind that our cancellation deadline is 30 days prior to billing with billing. If in the event you notify us past the cancellation deadline or after an allotment has been billed, we will cancel your membership going forward into the next allotment. Please note, all requests to alter your wine club membership must be received via email.

I have not met the minimum member commitment of one year, but I would still like to cancel my membership.

A: If the minimum member commitment of one year has not been met we can assist you with cancelling your membership however we have an early cancellation fee of $50 that we will automatically process along with the early termination.

My circumstances have changed, but I don’t want to cancel my membership. Can I put my membership on pause?

A: As long as the minimum member commitment has been met (1 year OR 2 wine releases), we are happy to place a temporary hold on your membership for a maximum of one wine release. During this time your membership will not be automatically billed. Automatic billing will resume 14 days prior to the following release date. Please keep in mind that membership benefits, including online and tasting room discounts, do not apply while your membership is inactive and resume once your membership is in active status. Please note, all requests to alter your wine club membership must be received and approved via email.
